• Audit of a customer's SmartRecruiters configuration and recommendations for standardizing its processes and deploying an interface with Workday (over 500 fields analyzed - 120 hours).
• Project management of a SmartRecruiters deployment for a British insurance company (6,500 employees)
• Translation of project documentation (English => French) for software publisher SmartRecruiters
• Project management of a SmartRecruiters deployment for a security company in Austria (10,000 employees)
• Various support and consulting assignments for SmartRecruiters customers

2019-2022 - For an international company with 90k employees :

• 2019 - 2020: Decommissioning of the old recruitment platform(Oracle -Taleo) and replacement with a new solution(SmartRecruiters) for 17 countries.
• 2020 - 2021: Expansion of SmartRecruiters deployment to 18 additional countries to reach 35 countries deployed in 17 languages (50,000 employees).
• 2022: Last wave of deployment for 16 additional countries (70,000 employees - 9,000 users - 19 languages - 4,000 positions to be filled continuously).

Thanks to an excellent internal sponsor and a very strong collaboration with the software editor, the project was delivered without the help of any external service provider (project management, workshop animation, configuration, interfaces, receipts, production launch, maintenance and support)
